This pastor spoke of no Scriptures pertaining to salvation. He preached that it was OK to marry anyone you wanted to, which means he condones gay marriage and the Bible doesnt. He also stated he wanted to get a tattoo and ask the congregation who had tattoos. Tattoos are of the devil, you need to repent and ask for forgiveness if you have one, its not OK to get tattoos. In Leviticus it clearly states no tattoos. This was my first time here. I was shocked and now know what the Holy Spirit meant when he told me his churches were lost. I was meant to come here and see for myself how not to preach . I will pray for this pastor to stay on scripture to preach the gospel and to follow Gods laws and word. Amen Amen

You will never get bored and fall asleep during Pastor Bob Melones sermon. He is a creator who will connect you to Jesus in many different ways. This church is not too crowded and you will feel that you are a part of the church family as soon as you walk in.

All four of my kids attended Mount Vernon Presbyterian Preschool. I am heartbroken that our last has just graduated and we will not be seeing the wonderful teachers each day.
My kids were thoroughly prepared and breezed through kindergarten. When driving by the preschool in the afternoon recently, my pre-k graduate said I wish I could go to my school twice a day.
In reference to one of the reviews, I also have knowledge of the preschool director going above and beyond to make accommodations for children that needed extra help- to include hiring extra staff. There have been several occasions when the teachers have picked up on developmental delays that resulted in the students getting the therapy they needed before starting kindergarten. It is evident that the teachers love their jobs and their students AND are knowledgable.
I cannot recommend this preschool enough!!!
