Walmart Photo Center

Ordered 1 hour photo, 3 hours later with no update I was at the store for other shopping and stopped by the photo desk to check if the notification had failed. Turns out the entire photo machine was broken and has been for "days" - they're waiting for a whole new machine. No warnings on the website and no updates after I ordered that my 1 hour photo could be a week or more. The associate just said I should cancel the order and go somewhere else if I hadn't paid yet. Incredibly frustrating.

Came to the photo center a little after 7:00 on a Sunday and all the machines were shut down. An associate tells me the photo center closes at 7:00 even though the sign at the desk, and Walmart's website say that it closes at 8:00 p.m. Only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the lady was very nice after we got past the disagreement on when the photo center was supposed to close. She turned one of the machines back on, and I submitted photos for printing. Photos were supposed to be ready the next morning. showed up the next afternoon only to find out that not a single photo has been printed the entire day. Gentleman said the printer is running a diagnostic and that that normally takes an hour. He also said it's been down since the morning, And that a diagnostic typically needs to run every $200 or so worth of printing. So basically a diagnostic was needed, and no one bothered to run it until the afternoon. Not the morning when the photo center was supposed to be opened. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that can actually handle printing more than $200 worth of photos before it needs to shut down for hours.
