        It was a $20 flat fee for the day. Street parking may be a good choice in other circumstances, but I had my large family car and wanted to make sure we were parked safely yet close to the water and to the main streets of Old Town. This garage was perfect for that. The parking attendant also helped me to back out of the garage when leaving by stopping other cars so this could be done safely. Logistics: you pay upfront and are given a ticket that you have to present to the staff when leaving (so dont lose it!). They asked for cash and I happened to have some; Im not sure if thats just a preference or a hard rule.
