        Easy in and out. Clean, well lit, and clear signage.

        Avoid on busy days, it took 50 minutes to get out of the garage. All walk-up pay stations were broken, and all but one exit lane was closed. The card reader at the exit lane barely worked so an attendant was there manually coaxing people's payments through. There is only one point of entry for vehicles, so even if the machines worked it would still be a bottleneck when many cars need to leave.
