      image Nice store with friendly staff. They constantly rotate out furniture so good to go a few times as inventory is coming in a few times a week. Found an amazing chair for half the retail price.

      image If Im ever near Old Town Alexandria, I will stop by this location to see whats new. I really like how often their inventory is refreshed. The store is always clean and organized with great flow to quickly focus on the category of items that you are looking for. The staff has always been eager to help and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your purchase.

      image Horrible customer service is super LAZY. When I call, they don't even bother to help, which is a shame for Crate and Barrel, a company rated as the best nationwide but sadly does not live up to those expectations. It's disappointing to see such a gap between its reputed excellence and the actual service provided.
