My puppy chewed a hole in a Pottery Barn wool rug. They repaired it and youd never be able to find where it was damaged. They also cleaned it and it is bright and like new again.

WOW, my cream oriental style rug was brought in dirty and dingy, I could never get cream bright on my own. I am moving so I eas debating buying a new rug but decided against it. I brought my rug in myself to save a little money. They cleaned it with in a couple of days, but I had to wait to get it due to working a lot. When I picked it up it appeared as if I was picking up a brand new rug. I cant wait to set it up in my new place! The rug now has new life! Thanks a bunch! I will use this business again for my neeeds. They are very professional and have outstanding work!

I found them online not knowing really anything about their work. I took in a rug that I had just purchased to be cut down in length and width to a smaller size for my new home. I was quoted a price and was told it would be 1- 2 weeks. They texted 5 days later to say it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up today and could not be any happier. It is impossible to say which two sides were cut and edged and which two were original manufacturer. The length and width are exactly what I wanted. And on top of that, the price was extremely reasonable. It is rare today for a business to deliver service and quality work as they have. I most highly recommend.

I shopped at four Oriental rug stores and Dominrx was different. Sound advice on fixing and cleaning with reasonable $.
