I went to get a fix on an acrylic they forced me to get instead of SNS with tip. They stated that I would have to wait or come back later, the next day at 2pm. The pedicure I got along with the acrylic nails was so bad-I could have easily done the same work myself with a bathtub/sink and the tools.

This place is terrible. The manager (may be owner, unsure) is just awful. Shes horribly rude. There is no organization. They always unapologetically run late. No one is smiling. If you try to make an appointment by phone, good luck. Its the least accommodating nail salon Ive ever experienced anywhere. Stay away from this place!!!

I love the atmosphere of Poppy and that is doesnt have the nail smell most other places Ive gone have. Call ahead to get a time for best service, bring a cash tip or venmo the gratuity and pay in cash to avoid credit card fees.

Worst nail experience of my life, and I have been getting my nails done for decades . Customer service was nonexistent. I visited Poppy as it is close by, I will never return. I was grunted at, made to feel like an idiot and left mid service twice when my technician answered her personal phone. I wont even go into the quality of the service, because there are no words to describe how bad it was. We all have our off moments but this was beyond that and not worth a second chance for me.
