I brought my mom and friend here to get our nails done before my wedding and the staff were so friendly and fast! They did an amazing job on our nails, and we got so many compliments on how beautiful they were. Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for years. I made an appointment for 4:30 for myself and a friend. We waited 15 min to sit in the pedicure chair then 10 more min before they started on my pedicure. He had to wait 30 additional min before someone started on his. The service is ok but dont bother making an appointment because they dont honor them.

I've been going to Luxe for 7 years and only have the best things to say. Ty is AWESOME and my manicures from her alway last a really long time. If you live in Northern VA or are just visiting Old Town Alexandria, check them outbut make an appointment. :) They're busy because they're the best!

I recently visited Luxe Nails and Spa for a pedicure and wanted to share my experience. I had called ahead and made an appointment for 4:30pm, but unfortunately, upon arrival, I had to wait until 4:40pm before being seated. It was a bit frustrating to wait, especially since I had made a prior appointment. Once I was finally seated, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before anyone started working on my pedicure. I noticed that three other women who arrived after me were seated and tended to before me, even though I had been waiting longer. As a man, I couldn't help but feel a bit overlooked and neglected. In addition to the extended waiting time and prioritization of other customers before me, I also noticed a disparity in the treatment of men and women at Luxe Nails and Spa. It seemed that the three women who were seated and tended to before me received prompt attention and service, while I had to wait much longer. As a man, it left me with the impression that there might be a difference in the level of service provided based on gender. It is important for businesses to ensure equal treatment and service to all customers, regardless of their gender or any other factor. This disparity in treatment further added to my disappointment with my experience at Luxe Nails and Spa. Once I was finally attended to, I must admit that the service itself was satisfactory. The staff did a good job with my pedicure and I was pleased with the end result. However, it is disheartening that there was such a discrepancy in the level of prioritization and attention given to different customers. While I understand that busy periods can result in delays, it is important for businesses to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and receive equal attention. Regardless of gender or any other factor, every customer deserves to be valued and prioritized. Overall, my experience at Luxe Nails and Spa was marred by the extended waiting time and the perceived difference in treatment based on gender. While the work itself was satisfactory, I hope that the salon takes steps to address these issues and ensures a more inclusive and equitable experience for all customers in the future.
