Pink Nails

Not a good place for eye lashes, or eye brow tint or nails. Dirty, extremely dirty for a nail salon. John made me bleed from my toes and feet. He then made the gel nail attach from my toe nail to the skin in my toe. What an ugly person he is. Physically and internally, just a nasty old man. The behavior from these people is absurd and the manager didnt want to hear my complaints. She hung up on me when I called. They also do not sanitize equipment at all! Watch them work from one client to the next, without cleaning the instruments. Cannot recommend, Im going back to my old nail salon. Thank you.

I came in to just get a simple eyebrow waxing. I informed the lady that I wanted a slight arch. When she finished they looked the exact same way that they did when I walked in. The lady stated that this is the way men get their brows and getting an arch is for ladies. I informed her if Im paying you to give me what requested. I decided to not even let her fix it, wont ever come back again . Focus on giving your customers what they requested instead of making it about gender Service: Waxing

You dont see me complaining about how dirty this nail salon is. They dont sweep, they dont clean at all and yet today I had Absolutely the worst, most disgusting and most disrespectful nail salon experience in my life! John the nail technician and his coworkers were making remarks in their language because they believe the American does not understand what is being said. If you dont want continue clientele say that! If you dont want to do my gel pedicure say that! I am at a lost for words. John attitude and this behaviour, I hope the shop owner says something to John about professionalism on the job. He refused to finish his job and made a big scene while scrubbing my feet. Whats the purpose in that than to humiliate a client who brings hard earned money to this business. I was left in tears over this incident, here I am thinking John looks professional, he was not!. I cant recommend this business because the employee are extremely disrespectful and have disgusting attitudes. A nail salon should be a place for people to come and enjoy a relaxing time. That did not happen today and this is the second time I have experienced a negative, none welcoming atmosphere here. I would like an apology from the owner of this nail shop and training in regards proper treatment of clients. Horrible behavior from John and I dont even understand why they act this way. I didnt get my hot towel massage or anything. And then you expect a tip. Thank you for being such a rude and disgusting person John. Learn to clean your shop. And learn some manners along the way. Got my eyebrows done and the lady who did it did an amazing job. Reading the other reviews and true place could use some renovations but my lady was nice and very professional
