Second time we called IMS and will do it again. We had a container to pack up for overseas, crew was very professional. they arrived on time, they were well organized, they worked very efficiently and with good spirits. They had answers to all my questions and were always ready to accomodate our needs.
Special shout out to Denisa, the crew boss, she handled her crew very efficiently and handled the sequence outstandingly. Another shoutout to Carlos who had to deal with my bike and did so efficiently and was very reassuring... Although the container is still on its way, I am pretty sure it will not move by an inch...
Bottom line: to be recommended and will definitely call them again if needed!
