My car wouldn't start today and my insurance company recommended I get it towed to A & L Automotive, and I am so glad they did. These guys immediately found the problem and fixed it within a few short hours. When I didn't have a ride home from the shop, they even offered me a ride home and to pick me up once my car was finished. I had called A&L automotive to squeeze me in last minute for an inspection and oil change. They were so kind and easy to work with. After finding that my brake pads were not good, they were so transparent with me. They took me into the shop to show me and explain what I needed. My experience at A&L Auto was truly exceptional, and it went beyond just excellent service! Not only did they provide top-notch automotive care for my oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and emissions check at a fair price, but they also went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule.
Their flexibility was outstanding...They accommodated my work schedule by allowing me to pay online and pick up my car after their regular closing hours. This level of convenience was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless.
A&L Auto's willingness to go the extra mile for their customers speaks volumes about their dedication and professionalism. I couldn't be more impressed with their service and flexibility.
