Being a first-time homeowner - while I was excited at the prospect of home buying the paperwork seemed overwhelming. Elena and her team were able to remove all my worries so that I could focus on finding a happy home. She worked with me to understand my priorities and set expectations for the new house. Elena went out of her way to ensure she was available any time and day to go look at homes; And send me market comps quickly so that I could make an informed bid on the house. She was meticulous in going over the paperwork and clarifying any questions I had.
