Waste of precious time the receptionist doesnt know what shes doing for the imaging scheduling line she wont accept my doctors order for my mri said its not enough information I called rayus in Fairfax they scheduled me right away shes an idiot just like the inova doctors thats why I dont go to them Id give 0 stars if I could how pathetic do you have to be?

I am very disappointed, I asked to send me my image reading ( report ) , they said they couldn't, I said I come to pick it when it is ready, she said get it from your doctor, ,, it is inconvenient , i or my insurance pay for service , INOVA denies to give the report to patient,

I had an ultrasound appointment today, and it was a complete nightmare. They initially postponed my appointment from the morning to the evening, leaving me in excruciating pain and anxious to get my results. When they finally told me to come back after 40 minutes, I returned after just 25 minutes, only to find the door closed without any notification. The lack of communication and disregard for my time and well-being is beyond unacceptable. I will never trust this place again and strongly advise others to steer clear. Terrible service and complete unprofessionalism.

No signs on both the sides as there no one there at the check-in, then I passed by and a rude lady Celia told me that she is the one by it doesn't say anywhere near the original registration to go anywhere...a board should be put right there by the front desk if they have moved their check-in later during the day.
