Today's Cargo

Stopped by for some help getting tricky earrings in and the staff were not only incredibly patient, but kind and funny as they spent 30+ minutes working with me....then refused to charge anything. I also bring my rings there to be cleaned and know it's a great spot for quality gifts.

Today's Cargo has THE nicest staff. I came into the store today because I needed help with an earring that was stuck & I couldn't get it out myself. They were so kind and helped me not only take out the piercing, but change it as well. They even sent me home with a bottle of piercing cleaning & healing solution. So so kind. 10/10 will be back to shop the store. :)

Carla and her team did a beautiful job redesigning a family heirloom engagement ring for us. We couldn't have been happier with their work, service, and atmosphere.

My now fianc got my ring at this store and he said he had such a good experience and never felt pressured or like they were just trying to sell something to him. We had to go back to try and get the ring sized down and they were so sweet and helpful. I felt so comfortable and like they actually wanted to help us and their costumer service was outstanding. They made us feel so valued and special congratulating us and celebrating with us all while helping us out so much. The ring I now wear that was bought from this store is gorgeous and they outdid themselves. Thank you all for your help!!

This store is not only dated (with iffy quality jewelry), but the owner is one of the rudest retailers I've encountered. They kept my watch for months and ended up sending it back to me unrepaired, as they were not in constant contact with their external repair person. Steer clear. There are a number of better jewelers in the community - ones that will treat you well, rather than like an unwanted virus.
