        Id be glad to offer my services in a customer service training capacity (at a fee, of course). My building uses this company for concierge and they are one of the most surly people Ive ever met. Imagine paying $1800/mo to come home and the concierge always has a damn attitude.

        I have worked alongside Planned Companies for going on 6 years now, at three different properties now as a Property Manager. The team they have on site keeping our community clean is friendly attentive and always ready to help jump on those quick clean ups that happen day-to-day. The management team all the way up are attentive and always looking to better their services. Ask a question, and they are always there to answer, with a smile. I highly recommend this company!!
