Mekanic provided us with a rebrand based on market research we had gathered. They provided us with a solid plan, extensive messaging, a new visual identity, and a wealth of redesigned assets that our team could easily plug in. Our engagement managers were fantastic (we had 2 because our first went on maternity leave - and the transition was seamless). The personnel were all top-notch from the senior strategist to the creative director and everyone supporting them - they are very organized and on top of things and they aim to please. Initial feedback from our members and customers has been overwhelmingly positive. I definitely recommend Mekanic.
