I needed my auto insurance print out for emergency purposes, they told me I need to call corporate to do so... I told them I needed it today and they chose to refuse me service. Being both auto & home insurance customer, the least they could do was call corporate and have the card or statement faxed to them and that would've resolved the situation. Nice location , beautiful bldg. horrible customer care !!!

We have to change from progressive to All state because they have to cancel our policy because they said my drivers license is invalid but when we check it its valid and all state checked it its valid I feel like they just wanted to scam us out of our money

I have never had a more terrible interaction with an insurance company in my life. From the beginning no one reached out to me, I had to call the main line several times and leave messages for the team that was supposed to be handling my claim (Colbi Johnson). This is not my insurance company, this is the insurance provider for the member who hit my vehicle. The adjuster assigned to my case never spoke to me, never even called me. I had to call several times and leave voicemails until finally I was able to get ahold of her supervisor, Brad Goldberg, who was the most rude, unkind, and unprofessional individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. There was no transparency during this process and I do not think that this team should have processed my claim. I would like someone to look into this and get back to me.
