        I had some work done on my home and my contractor used this insurance company. However, almost a year after the work, this company continues to send me emails of coverage being provided for other homes. I've attempted to contact them multiple times to inquire why I am getting the communication and they have never responded back. Horrendous customer service. Please refrain from emailing me again. EDIT: Conveniently, they responded to me today after I posted this review. Still no answers. I would give you 0 stars if I could.

        Be careful with this insurance company because they charge you without realizing it for (administrative expenses) every time you make your payment that they are not supposed to charge you with other insurance companies. They charged me an extra $60 every time I made my payments every 6 months
