        Had some HVAC ducting installed. Was told "Excess plaster, drywall, carpentry and painting are not included. They will be extra if necessary (not anticipated)" in the quote. Contractor (Dave) stated plan was to place ducting in right area of wall (where orange tape was placed). This was the agreed upon work, but it didn't end up working, so the contractors just plunked the ducting adjacent to that and told me it was now my problem. Avoid this place at all costs.
