I had never used a maid service before, but with family coming to my place for Christmas right after my return from a long overseas trip, I concluded it was a necessity. Glad I did. The customer service team was very communicative of what I needed to do beforehand, and then the two cleaners--Sarahi P and Alicia A--both did a great job with my place. I plan to use them again when I host at my place.

I will only recommend Maid Brigade to anyone in the Alexandria area. From the beginning when I was looking around online for services to help me clean to the end when I walked through my clean and clear home, this company made me feel understood, heard and jumped at the opportunity to show me why they are the best and only service to use in this area. They kept me updated with the upcoming service, they followed up immediately when the team arrived to ensure all was set and ready for success. This is a fine tuned cleaning machine and if you ever find yourself "searching" for a cleaning service, they take the effort out of that search so you can relax and know they will take care of everything you need. Don't settle for the bare minimum. You deserve better than that. Maid Brigade has it all and will ensure you are taken care of.
