        Called to get an estimate on a fairly old LCD TV they asked me questions and gave their honest professional opinion saving me hundreds of dollars and immeasurable time. 10 stars for honesty & looking out for a stranger which is not easy to find these days, also not just trying to take my money. So glad I called, will def use them if I need these types of services in the future!

        Tim and his partner Michael solved our home's audio problems that no other audio servicer could tackle. At our first and only meeting, Tim assured me that he would be able to fix the issues and I was skeptical. Within 6 hours, the job was completed successfully. I highly recommend using their services.

        I want to preface this review by saying I have NEVER purchased or used Revelation Services. I called for a calibration estimate and mentioned an issue I was having with a recently purchased Sony. Tim proceeded to gather some information and within hours had a tier 3 direct phone number for support. He had absolutely no dog in the fight, this level of customer service is rare in todays Industry and its nice to see there are still passionate people who truly care to help others. I ended up returning my defective screen and will 100% be buying the replacement through Tim.

        I was having various problems with my smart TV and Apple Streaming Device. Tim phoned in advance to say he could arrive one hour earlier than scheduled; FANTASTIC. He arrived and got busy. His knowledge is extraordinary! All fixed within one hour and for a fair price. DOUBLE FANTASTIC!! I would recommend his services without hesitation.

        Very happy customer! Tim and team were able to come out the same day I contacted them to mount my TV. They brought all the tools and extra lengths of power cords to make sure it looked clean. They were friendly, efficient, and I highly recommend!
