The worst experience I have ever had from the shampoo to the lady pretending she didnt speak English and would not dry my hair! Shame on the corporate office for letting this go on

Average cuts. Have had good and below mediocre. But there is no consistency. Kid cuts are clearly just a way to pump out a quick cut without care. They never wash the hair and try to impress the cut is good when it's crooked, missing spots, and clearly not done.

Got the jankiest, most rushed chop job of my life here. I wasn't even a walk in, I'd made an appointment. The lady in the fug bun just lopped off the ends of my hair, no shaping at all, talked over me when I tried to ask her to round out the shape, then booted me out. She'd also ripped a comb through it after washing. I've given myself better haircuts in my own bathroom at home. Go to a real salon.

Update 3/3/23- Still waiting for customer service to contact me. Do not recommend going to this place, they do not care about their customers. I had an appointment for my daughter to get a hair cut at 5:15 for any stylist. We checked in around 5:05. Another woman without an appointment walked in behind us and checked in. Around 5:18 a man walked in and asked the stylist what do you have. Available? He said he wanted something asap. The woman took the man to the back and started to wash his hair. I stood up and asked how do you take a walk in before a person with an appointment and another walk in. The stylist claimed the man had an appointment. I said then why did he ask what do you have available? She then proceeded to ignore us. The other woman who was waiting she asked for the manager name and they said they do not have one. She then asked for a district manager she said they do not have one. Another stylist said the man is a regular so they can take them first. Service: Bang trim
