        Please do not go here is you have any type of curly hair. Went for a color service and left with fizzy unmanageable hair. The estimated cost was $300 but somehow charge my $600 due to "hair masks". Completely overprice and disappointed.

        Went to Denisse for a blowout and hair mask treatment and she was AMAZING ! I have long and thick hair with extensions and we did a hydrating mask that left my hair soft and silky. Then she blew it out and curled it beautifully ! Having extensions makes its hard to find someone who knows how to blow them out and style them with care. Denisse is 10/10. Will be returning . Services: Hairstyling, Hair extensions, Hair hydration treatments

        Cynthia is extremely talented and knowledgeable. I never used to buy salon products but I was so impressed by Cynthia, that I actually listed and bought the produced she recommended. She didn't lie! My hair is so healthy. I am a true brunette but mostly blonde now. My hair isn't fried because of the products and how Cynthia makes sure to keep me on track for having healthy hair

        I told Cynthia I wanted to be blonde and she did just that. It's not easy to find someone who can get you as blonde as you want and also make your hair feel so much healthier. i walked in with yellow, dull half highlights and my hair was dry and brittle. and i left with a head of bright, beautiful blonde hair that was so moisturized and soft. it was like night and day. really what all blondes want!

She was great at communicating what my options were since my hair had been processed before, was extremely professional, and gave wonderful advice and recommendations for updating my hair care routine. Ill definitely be returning soon! Services: Perms, Haircut

      Thank you for sharing your review. It’s been over a year since your visit to the salon, so I can not recall exactly what could have occurred. I can only go by what I’m seeing on your purchase history and what I see is that your starting price was $385 (which would have been what you were quoted if you did nothing else). My site clearly states that all the prices shown are starting prices. You were charged an extra $35 for extra color charges (so I can only assume that you had long/thick hair or I was doing some type of corrective work). I did give you 2 treatments totaling $70. From there, you also purchased 4 products. Including tax, that brought your total to $600. The receipt emailed to you also shows this breakdown. I always discuss the clients’ process beforehand & do not perform services without getting the ok from the client. As for the result of your hair. I guarantee my work and would have been more than happy to make any adjustments necessary in order to give you the results you desired, had you reached out to me. This is also stated in the email you receive after your first visit. It’s unfortunate that you were not pleased with the result. I totally understand if your desire was not to return to the salon. Maybe we were just not a good fit. I hope you have since been able to find a stylist that is able to assist you in your hair needs.
