Mary E. Cutting, MD FACOG

This is the worst doctor Ive ever been to. She has no manners. She walked into the room and didnt even introduce herself. I typically see Dr Cunningham so I had no idea who this woman was. She proceeded to insult me, my age, didnt look at any of my medical history, and made assumptions about my health without verifying any of my paper work. Maybe she had me confused with another patient? Which is even worse. She then proceeded to misdiagnose me with a medical issue I dont have! I had to have a second opinion on this and spend money out of pocket to verify that she was mistaken. This woman needs to go ahead and retire. I dont know where she got her medical degree but she obviously has not been keeping up with continuing education as she continued to reference medical issues that have long been debunked. Im really disturbed that Physicans and Midwives continues to employ someone who literally could not care less about patients. If you get this doctor just leave the room and ask for your co-pay back.

This doctor made me cry and makes me want to leave Physicians and Midwives altogether. I went in with concerns that I have a hormonal imbalance or perimenopause symptoms because my new, debilitating symptoms track with my cycle. She asked me one question: are you still menstruating? If yes, you're fine. Go see a neurologist. She never looked at me in the eyes, never introduced herself and did a really rough vaginal exam with no warnings whatsoever. I had a tampon in and let her know out of courtesy, and her sarcastic response: "Don't you think I'm qualified to remove it?" I have never been so disrespected and made to feel so small as Dr. Cutting made me feel. Women's health is a disaster. Nobody cares.

If you're part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I do not recommend Mary E Cutting. The nurse was great though. Wish I could give separate reviews. The company has reached out to me and I greatly appreciate it.

I am such an idiot for not reading these reviews earlier. I have extreme anxiety about going to the doctor, and it took a lot for me to get there. When she walked in, she didnt even look at me or introduce herself. I was very nervous and told her so, and she didnt say ANYTHING back. I shared several very concerns with her and she completely dismissed them. I left feeling terrible. I cried during and after the appointment. Please do not go see this woman.

I couldn't agree with the other reviews more. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff and nurses at the practice are awesome! They're kind, friendly and helpful. When Dr. Cutting walked into the room, she didn't introduce herself and only made eye contact with me during the last 2 minutes of the appointment. She seemed annoyed the whole time and when it was time to examine me, she didn't ask if she could start like many others do or at least give me a warning. It felt like she shoved the instrument right in, opened it then yanked it out. She then proceeded to do the same with her fingers. The whole exam lasted no more than a minute. I'm not a doctor but I feel like it would take longer to evaluate especially because I came in with concerns. Just like another review here said, I felt like a piece of meat. If you can see someone else, please do!
