        Scott was kinda rude, I didnt like the vibe he was giving to new people! If you want to be respected, dont go there! I recommend going to the F45 in DC!

        F45 is an excellent option for total overall fitness. Classes rotate between cardio, strength, and mixed strength/Cardio. Ive been going for several months and am so much stronger and fitter. I Like the format better than crossfit. The movements are less technical but still effective. Best of all, Im never the last one in a rounds for time workout because the entire class starts and finishes all movements at the same time.
