Good reponse rate , they cam out same night I'd called for repair. But the level of service did not reflect the rate they charged for less than a. hour of work and couple pieces of "U" channels installed. Very much disappointed in their depth of expertise, verbally stated " I can do what ever you want, 100% satifaction guranteed".. and When requested, kept arguing and giving excuses to just do minimal as possible, I got the impression that I was complaining unreasonably when I said " for $500 plus service charge, You should straighten out the top U channel or replace it"... He wont do it. He even came out 2nd time but couldn't address the issue. Would use them again if the service charge was more resonable than $500+.
