Went to the dealership and they let us take the car overnight our salesperson Mohan was nice, knowledgeable, and got us a good deal.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. My experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The thing that tipped the scale is the fact that the service director, Anthony, told me quote, you are not a priority because you did not buy your car here. The question I have is why did you take my car in and overhaul the transmission knowing that I wont be a priority? So you overhauled it and less than 8 months later the car stopped and youre trying to go back into the transmission and telling me that I am not a priority. To me that sounds like I should be a priority because you fixed my car and it does not work. If I had my way I would never go there or refer anyone in their right mind there. However my car is there because what they did initially to the car was apparently not up to par. If it was then I wont be here. Get this, I spoke with the lady in loaner Brittany who told me that I was on the list and I will get a car the next week. This week and change later the service director is telling me that there are many people in front of me. So clearly something fishy is going on. Also I emailed the manager Chris more than a week and to date he has not replied. To deal with people it takes a special gift and apparently no one here has that gift. One more thing the service director Anthony tells me that it doesnt matter what I think about him. Mind you I didnt tell him what I thought of him. So for him to say that he knows that his service sucked to the highest degree.

The folks at Ourisman Service go above and beyond, I will definitely be coming back here every 6 months/5k miles for The Works package. Chris told me to come in to check out my car and let me know theyd take care of it. These folks are honest and respectable, Id definitely recommend coming here for your servicing needs!

Seems like a trend in the other reviews of folks having their cars scratched during service. I wish I had read them before I came service. I brought in my Fusion for servicing and upon receipt, I found shallow scratches and one deep scratch on my passenger door. I attempted to call them to no avail, I left a message with their online chatbot who assured me the GM would reach out, and I emailed them but have yet to hear back. Not to mention having a car wash listed on the service ticket and receiving an unwashed car, and a repair suggestion for an engine air filter when I replaced it myself just 5k miles prior. (I undid the ~7 screws to make sure it wasnt dirty and surprise! It wasnt).
The sales department here is very kind and very knowledgeable. If I had to review just the sales dept, Id give them 5/5. I test drove a Mach-E and an Escape PHEV and the salespeople did not use any shady tactics and fully understood that as someone still in the data-gathering phase of my car buying process, I was not interested in purchasing one right that day. If I do decide to go down the route of purchasing another Ford, Ill be buying it here. Unfortunately, Ill have to service it elsewhere.
If I hear back from Ourisman in the next few days, Ill come back and update my review. Until then, I cannot in good faith recommend servicing your Ford here.
