Total Auto Finance

Terrible to deal with. Have spent all day on the phone with them just to be put on hold or transfered to someone that does not exist. This company had repo a car from the shop that I work with, there was a bill that was owed on this car. Total Auto Finance sent a check for payment, once they had the car they stop payment on the check. Now they will not answer or just get put on hold and forgotten. To operate a business like this is just horrible and trashy.

Never deal with this company the people its trash they put you on the hold for 30 minutes and they never answer to the phone keep giving us the random names

They are truly terrible!!! Harassing me all day after being a few days late. The car I got stopped after 4 months and they will not fix it and charged me for Warranty that I didnt sign but act like they have no idea of what it is. I hope they get sued and shut down in Jesus Name!!!! I mean this because I am stressing already!!! I use my car to make ends meet but how so if it stopped on me!!! I pray to God they be shutdown!! Treat people like trash!!! No understanding and will trick you into anything that will get you in a car upside down.

Update 01/11/2022 Caspian Auto Motors owns them. They change your pre-approval offers to their own bank and lie to say the other rate was too high. If they tell you that your loan is through West Lake. Make sure it's not West Lake Portfolio and it's actually, West Lake Financial. 11/09/2021 They gave me a shot when others said no. They gave me a chance and that's all that I needed. Now I can get back on track to rebuilding my credit! Thank you so much!!!

This company is trouble. It would be behoove you to stay away. They call your from 3 or 4 different numbers in ONE DAY to harass you. Their managers make promises without giving you any paper work to confirm it, then act as if they never said it. They should be sued 100%
