        Elisa has singlehandedly RUINED my viewpoint of Chic Fil A. No longer is this a place of feeling welcomed but dread due to their lack of customer service. Not only were we not greeted whatsoever but felt chastised and gaslit when informing them our order was wrong to which they rudely insisted we were the ones in the wrong. I used to love this location but its seems like they just hire anyone these days. Elisa, do better.

        I greeted the worker before she took my order and was not greeted back. When Elisa took my order she repeated it wrong so I corrected her and she insisted that it was what she said as I watched her go back and make the proper changes. Ive never went to a chick fil a and received such rude service.

        Employee did not get my order right. The manager did nothing to help and blamed me for not knowing how to order.
