Came in for a quote to repair some sticky liquid damage inside my 3DS. They told me that the damage seemed superficial and could just be removed with some isopropyl alcohol and said you dont need to pay us for this. Also gave me some warnings and potential outcomes if I wanted to replace a possibly corroded part with a replacement part and what theyd charge me for labor. They simply told me what to do and sent me on my way without paying a dime for their advice, 5-stars.

Cant say enough good things. Weve got two teenagers, and one English professor in the house, and these guys have helped us out with all our phone/computer issues. They are super friendly and affordable. Today, they saved me from an epic meltdown after my daughters iphone13 refused to power on. Total gem of a small business, I wont take my phone anywhere else.

These guys know what they're doing. Much better and straightforward experience than most phone companies. If you have a small issue, they might not even charge you.
