I just called to ask a question and the lady just something gibberish and I asked her excuse me and she just hung up on me. So I called right back and asked to talk to a manager and the woman on the other line was very rude and had no clue when the manager was coming in. But I Ill be calling back to complain!!!

This was first time here and I dropped off 2 coats. They gave me the wrong quote for one of my coats when I came in. Then they left me a voicemail saying they wouldn't work on my coat until I called back and accepted the upcharge. They did not clean the coat properly, it was still dirty and they ruined it. My other coat was fine, but I was overall disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place for cleaning nice items. UPDATE: They're claiming my coat was taken to a leather shop. I knew the coat was genuine suede, it said that on the tag of the coat. When I received the coat back, it was dry, crackled, and ruined. I had to take it to an actual leather shop so they could revive the suede. I should've never taken it to a regular dry cleaners in the first place and that was my mistake.

I had a last minute alteration request for a wedding after delayed shipment of my dress and received amazing customer service. I also dropped off 4 additional dresses requiring alterations and they all came out wonderfully. Thank you!
