Friendly service for a fair price. 3 day turn around is standard for most orders with pick up usually being ready after 2 PM the day of. Parking is limited immediately in front of the business but there is lots of street parking available in a very close proximity.

My wife needed a dress hemmed and a sweater cleaned and Uptown Cleaners did a wonderful job

I feel ripped off by this place. Today I called them asking how much do they charge to dry clean a winter coat. They gave me 3 different prices with $25 being the highest of them all. So I walked there thinking $25 is the highest I would come out of pocket. Only that wasnt the case. When I got there they told me it would be $45 to dry clean my coat. I was floored at how the price almost doubled and they said the reason for this was because it was a down coat. I shouldve left right then because something told me to shop for other prices but I was behind in my schedule. Later after running my other errands I called another dry cleaner and was told it would only cost $4 to get my coat serviced there. I cant believe I overpaid by $40 and Im also homeless and currently out of work. Definitely couldve used that extra money for food or something. Do your research before utilizing this place!
