    Horrible Dry Cleaners! Do not take your dry cleaning to this business! It ruined a fairly new $400.00 raincoat. I've been taking my cleaning to this dry cleaners for several months, and in that time have given them significant business. In addition to taking in clothing items, we've also have had king size bread spreads and comforters cleaned, so our dry cleaning bills are usually significant. Unfortunately, I didn't look over the coat when I picked it up, otherwise I would have addressed the issues with the dry cleaning at that time. The coat they ruined appears to have been washed instead of dry cleaned. I've had it dry cleaned before and the material has never come back the way it did after this cleaning, faded and wrinkled. The coat no longer repels water after the cleaning, which was not the case before I took it into this dry cleaners. In addition, the buttons on the coat were either broken or missing! The jacket went into the cleaners looking new, without any damage, and with all the buttons intact. When I went in with the jacket a few days after picking it up to explain my concerns in a courteous, polite and calm manner, the male owner aggressively told me that the state of the jacket after the cleaning was not their concern. He was aggressive, rude, dismissive and his wife who intervened was also aggressive, rude and dismissive. I asked what they were going to do to remedy the situation, and her response was "nothing." There was no offer to repair the buttons or even refund the cleaning, which is the least that should have been offered. It's astonishing that this business feels that it can be rude to its customers and get away with ruining its customers' clothing without offering any recompense. Since suing for $400.00 is not worth the time, money or effort, I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This business should not be able to damage their customers' property and also take their money!

    I've used this drycleaner several times but I think it's time for me to find a new drycleaner. I've been satisfied with their work, nothing special, but they get the job done. I do think they're a bit expensive, but I get the feeling their price is determined by how much money they think you have. I called and asked the price for a basic hem for slacks, I was told $18 each. I brought in 2 pair of slacks to be hemmed and they charged me $38 each. I said Thanks but No Thanks and asked for my items back at which time I was told they could do each for $20, so I left my items to be hemmed. I received a call later that evening saying they made a mistake and it would be $28 each. Again, I said Thanks, but No Thanks and that I would pick my slacks up the next day. When I returned for my things, they hemmed my pants and honored what they charged me, $20 each, but the owner was not pleasant as she had been during my previous visits. I'm okay with a company providing quality work and hence, being a bit more expensive. I don't like companies that price gouge, which I believe they're doing.
