Big Lots

Its okay. They have a decent selection on things, but I can never find a price on anything. Its kind of hard to shop or make a decision to purchase anything when there are no price tags or stickers. I went in for a few things, and 4 out 5 had no prices anywhere, so I walked out because there were no employees around to ask.

Not an average shopper of Big Lots but I will revisiting again. I like how this store was setup. Easy to find big items.

Incompetent staff. Long line and one cashier. The employees standing there and looking at the line and just walk away. I was standing there for 20 minutes just buy water and saw three employees including the manager just looking at the line and keep walking around. If I had the option to give them 0 I would. I will never go back to this place again.

Be careful with people who works here in this location, they can physically harm you , out of nothing ! Floor manager Jennifer B hit me with carrying cart ( big one with thick metal below part of that cart ) on my right foot , and just saying sorry and walking away ! Out of pain I didnt see she is walking away , I was trying to massage my foot to ease the pain , for sure she didnt care . Then after few minutes I realized pain is not easing , but her never mind attitude made me so upset , I already reported her in the store by incident report form , and taking other legal procedure acts whatever I can do by my own (report her to corporate, if needed to report hate / purposely harm attempt ). I am glad Ive realized that their recording cameras being reported to the corporate, by store managers explanation. All incident can be analyzed based on camera recordings. My conclusion out of this incident is, ( it is just an observation and thoughts, I dont have prove of anything that I think, but Im just sharing my observations, for the people , who has to be careful, in this location) I had some Christmas LGBT friendly decorations for the purchase, and Im an immigrant, it is obvious from my look . First things came to my mind that, she can have some discriminations toward to me based on those two factors !
