I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience my family and I had at this dental office. I believe it is crucial to bring these concerns to everyones attention, both for the improvement of your services and the awareness of potential patients. I would like to highlight several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Firstly, the rushed recommendation for orthodontic treatment without proper verification was concerning. This haste led to potential harm, as the subsequent advice about the necessity of tooth removal was misleading and ultimately caused distress. Moreover, the lack of responsiveness from the dentist and the clinic's refusal to address our concerns adequately added to our dissatisfaction. Despite attempts to escalate the matter, we were met with limited communication, particularly from the manager. This lack of engagement raised serious questions about the clinic's commitment to customer care. Furthermore, the pricing structure presented a significant issue. The clinic's fees for orthodontic treatment were almost double those of other reputable clinics offering superior services. This pricing discrepancy, coupled with the overall negative experience, raises concerns about the value provided to patients. I encourage you to consider this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address the ethical concerns and customer service issues raised. As a consumer, I feel it is essential to be transparent about my experience, and sharing my concerns in a formal review to inform others of the challenges we faced. I sincerely hope that you take steps to improve your services and customer relations. Patients deserve an ethical and responsive healthcare experience.
