I had my first visit today and all I can say Is that all the staff is amazing, I got my teeth cleaned out and let me tell you I have been in other places where I end up with pain the whole day, but here not only the customer experience but also cleaning and treatment recommendation was amazing, not to many places care about the customer but how much they can take out from you. 100% recommend this place.

I cant get over how clean the AMC dental spa is. I went for dental exam and teeth cleaning yesterday. My teeth was thoroughly cleaned and examined. Dr. C also examined my teeth and gave me her professional advice for further treatment. First time here and I highly recommend Lovely Ambiance Good Service Very Friendly And Courteous Staff Adequate Parking Space Restroom

Amazing staff. Professional, clean, and friendly. I've had used their services for deep cleaning and upper wisdom teeth removal, and more. They made sure I was not feeling pain or discomfort. Oh, and the office is fully renovated, stylish and clean.

Overall I would say my experience was pretty bad. I was with them for over 2 years I believe. Started at the Herndon office and then went to the Alexandria office. Started with a woman which I believe was Ana Mara, I made her aware of my fear of the dentist and needles but she was very rude. Then I continued my treatment in the other office. They were always changing dentists which was a red flag for me. I honestly just remember Mike who was amazing. The rest of the dentists that saw me were just terrible. One time I got anesthesia for one of my cavities and I was numbed for over 12h, after the shot wore off I was in unbearable pain, this was a simple cavity and had to take some pain killers. I called the office and was told that oops sometimes happens. My face was swollen and I was in pain for at least 3 days. I just transferred to another dentist that made me question all the procedures done by AMC dental, I was told I had over 10 cavities! Like I am a person who is obsessed with brushing my teeth and I got that many cavities? I regretted not asking for a second opinion, although I asked the dentist to re do my exam and his answer was if youre not happy you can go somewhere else now I think I should have. The new practice I transferred to, told me I didnt need that many fillings. Most of the supposedly cavities were not even cavities.

Qualified receptionist-assistant + doctor; with upgraded technology, clean and modern clinic. Very reasonable price and good quality work. Exhaustive checkup and examined each tooth. Strongly recommended!
