Soft Touch Dentistry

Ignorant receptionist and awful dentist. I had to come back next day bcuz of the toothache she caused, moreover she made me wait in there for 2 hrs. And the receptionist was as if she doesnt give any regard, no empathetic smile, nothing, just a cold stare at her computer. In the cabinet was floating dust particles and the chair was creaking and the computer got frozen right in the middle of the work and the dentist left me with my mouth open, basically forgot about me. And the dentist got a wrong tooth too (not the aching one). Terrible! I had to go elsewhere to get the aching tooth fixed.

I have been going to Soft Touch Dentistry and Dr. Wali since 2005, and now my spouse also goes there. Staff is so welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. I love how I feel like a fresh new person after my biannual cleaning and check-up.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Soft Touch Dentistry. Dr. Sofia Wali and the entire dental team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. The office was clean and well maintained which is very important for a healthcare facility. The use of modern technology and equipment was evident, which further instilled confidence in the quality of care I received. What really stood out to me was the dentist's gentle approach and genuine concern for my oral health. It is clear that they put the patient's well-being first.
