I have refinanced a car a couple years ago and purchasing a used car recently and have had excellent service. I have been pleased with their service.

I refinanced my auto loans (two within weeks of each other) due to them having the most competitive rates at the time. The initial refinance process was very antiquated, but I figured since I only had to do that part once it was worth the struggle to save money. Their technology is extremely lacking and if I had it to do over again I would have taken the next lowest rate from a better rated institution. It is ridiculously difficult to set up auto payments, update insurance information, or anything else that should be seemingly easy in 2023. Customer service since day one has been extremely lacking. I do not recommend going with them for loans of any sort.

Dont go if you are in a hurry or expect things to progress in a normal flow. The staff will stand around talking to each other while the line grows and grows.
