If you request a cashiers check on line and are picking it up at a branch, dont waste your time at this branch!!!! You have to stand in line along with everyone else and that defeats the purpose!

Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....

They don't really seem like they know what they're doing at this location. I needed to change my address and they told me I just needed to fill out a form so I did. Then I waited to see someone who told me I needed documents which I was specifically told I wouldn't need. I left and it turns out I could just change my address on the app anyway.
