Cathy, Thank you for your time and leaving us a review. We are, of course, very concerned about your comments. We have thoroughly reviewed and continue to review with all caregivers that masks are to be properly worn. We do provide correct PPE to all caregivers for our company. We understand that you prefer a specific caregiver and we have done all that we can to legally allow you to keep her in your home, however the Department of Labor does regulate our business as well and we simply can not make a caregiver work 20 hours a day. Our aides are directed to perform all tasks on the care plan, if there is an issue or request not full-filled, then our Nurse and Administrator would be happy to go over the care plan with the family and the caregivers to be sure that all expectations are met. This is a typical practice in our office and we are sorry that you did not feel that our caregivers were providing you with the service you needed. Please know that our goal is to always provide the best care possible for the patient and to assist where we are needed. We invite you to discuss in more detail with the Administrator the needs of your family and we are happy to offer a free nursing assessment to re-asses the needs of the patient so we can properly administer care.
