They showed up a bit late but called to let me know, and still finished on time and did a really good job. They air sealed, fixed a bathroom vent, installed an attic tent and filled the attic up to R-49 with cellulose. No complaints. The crew was professional and efficient. The upstairs used to get really hot in the summer and is much cooler so far.

Pros: the crew did a good job insulating the attic Cons: I can’t recommend this company for several reasons. We were told the crew would be here from 11-6 and they were here from 11:45-9:30 which was way later than our expectations. There was a staple and some insulation left on the floor in our hallway after cleanup (not a big deal to us but might be to those with kids). They broke our air handler in the process and when we called, they said Kevin would come look at it between 10-11 the next morning but that his wife who fields incoming calls could not reach him that night. It was 85 degrees upstairs at that point so that was unacceptable. We called out our A/C maintenance folks who fixed what they had damaged for $150. The following morning, we called several times to let them know it had been fixed but calls went unanswered until 10:30, which is when they said Kevin would come anyway to collect payment. He came and accosted us after we said we’d pay in full but would appreciate him covering the service fee for fixing what his crew broke. We have a security system which captured this interaction. We did not expect nor appreciate being yelled at for trying to work toward a positive outcome. We don’t believe his crew did anything negligent but they broke something accidentally and we were hoping the owner would step up. We are remarkably disappointed in how he handled the situation. We paid more than $2000 for the job and he wasn’t willing to cover $150 to repair what his crew had broken.

They were hired to reduce sound. They put an insulation in that made the sound worse. They gave no recourse on how to fix the problem. So I paid them for a service that did not work. Additionally they left the job site a mess. Dust everywhere, holes that were spackled. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Save your time and money.

I could not have ben more pleased. They did everything they said they would do and more. Easy to work with and took pride in their service.
