Ive lived here for 2 years. I love my neighbors and this community in general but parking is awful. Theres maybe 10 visitor spots in the complex and because we are all only given 1 parking spot no matter how many bedrooms a condo has, all the visitor spots are taken by the ones who work from home or get home super early. Its frustrating and no action is taken on behalf of management to make it any easier or better. There is a street parking below the complex but its not safe to park your car there. Even in the complex its becoming more and more unsafe and again management does nothing. Theres been many windows smashed in this area, my car was shot by a BB and my window busted but they still dont care enough to put in security cameras or extra measures so its becoming a worse situation for people who live here. Theres also been a stabbing and a shooting and that still hasnt been enough for them to put in cameras, security or extra lighting. When management is emailed its brushed off or delegated. No action is ever and I mean ever taken. This will be the reason I move from here.

0 visitor parking and sometimes you get your own car towed from your own parking spot. Towing company says the owner of the spot called to have the car moved. I own the spot. Have to pay Uber and $160 to get it back.
