Dunkin'

Many people are looking for jobs. Fire the current staff here and hire/train these other people. I'm a mobile order patron and it sucks waiting in line so long for this stuff. And then to taste my drink and it not be right. This happens way too often here. Starbucks has lines but at least they move and the quality is good. Start refunding people's money when the order is incorrect.i don't have time for a non offered remake.

I come here about three days a week and I put my order in ahead of time. Nine times out of 10 Im waiting when I get there. This morning I put my order in they didnt get my sandwich right, the snack bacon that I ordered was just regular bacon. I feel like when they have six or seven people behind the counter they should be able to get the food right. Normally I dont complain but this is an every day occurrence it seems. I think Im going to find a new Dunkin to go to.

Half hour in the drive through. Most of their items out by 2:30. This Dunkies is a travesty.

The worse Dunkin I have been to.The wait was ridiculous. 25 minutes for one drink. Which was frozen ice coffee ,all ice and no milk. Manager working togo window couldn't come over and help the other guests when they wanted a refund for not getting there order. They walk out!!!! My last comment the most expensive dunkin I have been to in this area. An you know America runs on Dukin! Not this one.

Drive thru is so so so slow. So slow all the time. This time nearly 5 minutes plus! for each car, Saturday at 2pm. One car was 10 minutes at the window! Cmon you gotta do better.
