My experience with Omar for area rug cleaning was excellent. After some research, and seeing so many bad reviews for other companies, I decided to try Omars rug cleaning. He was quick to respond and communicate throughout the process. It was easy to schedule the free of charge at home rug pick up. And my rugs were cleaned much faster than I thought they would be. But more importantly, Omar was knowledgeable about rugs and provided helpful information about how they would clean them and how I can take care of them going forward. I had three rugs cleaned: an 8 x 10, 4 x 6, and 3 x 6. They all came back in clean and beautiful condition and I knew that my rugs from Afghanistan and Azerbaijan were properly cared for. Apparently the 8 x 10 had over 10 lbs of dust- I could really see the difference after the cleaning! The price is what I expected for the service. Overall, a great experience, good customer service, and would highly recommend. Service: Area rug cleaning
