Good News Baptist Church is my home away from home. I’ve been going to church all my life - and have attended nearly a dozen churches regularly throughout my life. Good News is my favorite Church. It’s small, and the fellowship is genuine and intimate. Fellow members are but family. But most importantly, Pastor Cal Wallace preaches the Gospel. No ifs ands or buts. He gives spiritually-deep, rich-in-scripture messages. He cites the Bible with everything he preaches. There is no distortion of God’s Word here - which is unfortunately prevalent in today’s world. If you’re new to NoVA, or just looking for a new church home, please visit Good News. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll look forward to the fellowship offered here a couple times each week. A learned, experienced, and scholarly theologian, Pastor Cal is able to extract and deliver Biblically-sound, and meaningful and applicable messages from the Bible that will help you strengthen your walk with Jesus. Good News enforces the most important principle that Christianity is not a religion centered around traditions and church membership, but creating and building your personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
