Mr. Andrews gives outstanding service and most of all I have taken his advice for over 10 years. I have never been in trouble with my credit again. His knowledge that was given to me keeps me from revisiting that situation again. To God be the glory!

Mr.Andrews believes that only poor people should file bankruptcy...but weird enough rich people do to. But he violated the rules of professional conduct when he LAUGHED and told me "why would the bankruptcy court have sympathy for you..you drive a Porsche!" got really short with me...rushed me off the phone as if he didn't want to be bothered! I was very hurt and was not ok with being ridiculed for bad things happening over the last few years..such as a pandemic,My ex-husband and mom passing. He must've assumed I just threw their remains in the trash..unfortunately between my chemo and seeing 3doctors weekly, my funds depleted over time. I sent him a letter of my concern in regards to the call and how ipsetting it was and he has not responded or completed any of the things he stated he would send or do in order to move forward. This all happened on Saturday. I will contact the Virginia Bar Association and file a grievance. That was not okay. People from ALL SOCIO-ECONOMIC statuses file bankruptcy but to laugh ..that was very unprofessional of him!
