Please stay away from this company who are cheaters , liars and way EXPENSIVE. I wish I could give them zero star.
The Technician Daniel said the fridge motor is not working and we have to pay more than $500 to fix the issue. We asked him to give us time to think about . He was keeping calling if we allow him to fix the issue.
When he left I checked very simple method on YouTube and put little hot water into ice make spot and the problem was solved.
The charged us $140 to just come and see.
My husband called to their office and talked with
Greg. He said give us a week and we are sure the fridge will have again issue if not then we will refund you . We called him after week he didnt give us refund.
Maybe now they reply and say we check you in our system and didnt find any client under your name.
So my husband ( Kenneth) is the once who credit card was charged and spoke with Greg.
Greg lied to my husband about refund.
Please , dont mislead folks about diagnosis and about refund .
