PLEASE STAY AWAY FRPM HERE! This is a nightmare, nobody care, roaches, the office personal are NASTY, they will kick you out of the office, they will tell you they are behind with the lease renewal and they charge you for them been lazy and incompetent, the owner dont care at all. If dont believe me TRY IT!!!

Ive lived here with my family and fur baby for a decade now. Being military, my family has moved a lot so Ive had my fair share of experience with property management companies. Let me start out by saying like any community this one is not perfect. However, Ive seen management, especially those who have worked here for years do their best to always make improvements. Nicole and Debbie take the time out to listen to their residents concerns and address them best they can. Debbie really cares about us and our home. Anywhere she runs into you shes checking how youre doing and if you need assistance. The front leasing staff is knowledgeable and charismatic. We have great free events, care about our pets, and always smile and show respect. Maintenance is great too! They are always eager to help and address work orders timely. Even the groundskeepers and housekeepers say good morning every day. Parking is plenty, washing machines are always available, and emergencies caused by residents are addressed immediately, even in the middle of the night. Im happy to live somewhere with a dedicated staff who goes above and beyond for us!

I put it as 5 star so you can see this review. If I could rate it -1000 stars I could . First off there were many reasons why I would not pick this place as a home but Im just going to mention the most important part. I came for a tour, they acted like they were busy they werent when I got there everyone just chilling, then I saw a model the Moro I saw was supposed to be the renovated one but it looked ok, nothing special spacious but looked a little worn out and dingy then what do we fine it infested with bugs saw atleast three! I ran out of that place so fast you wouldve thought I saw a ghost.
