South Alex is a great community. We have lived here for almost a year and it has been a great experience. Its so clean and beautiful! The best part is the service - they are very quick to resolve service requests. Special shout out to Antwain Castro who responded to our requests even on a holiday! Thats what i call going above and beyond. Thanks South Alex! Update - 4/8 Wanted to give a huge shout out to Antwain again for being extremely responsive and helpful to our service requests. He is the absolute best!

Its so great to see things getting better here at South Alex. Thank you to the management team for working so hard to make sure that this isnt only just a beautiful place, but comfortable place to live as well!

I love this community! Its very clean and I love how quiet my hallway is! I can barely hear a peep from neighbors and sometimes I feel like Im the only one in this wing. Neighbors are very nice and courteous. Move in process was smooth. I enjoy the Luxer one package feature and maintenance is fast and quick to respond to requests. Plenty of parking in the garage and its not tight like other apartment communities. Its also very clean! The leasing staff are very kind and attend to everything you need. Theyre empathetic and stay on top of everything. Im extremely happy South Alex is my new home. Cleanliness appears to be valued here and I cant say enough how happy I am. I love it here.
