Lloyd Apartments

I've officially been living here for over a month, and I have been extremely grateful to have found this apartment complex! The apartments are spacious, and very well priced. I have a car, and the parking has been very convenient- I can always find a spot not too far from my door. The laundry room has some of the most massive dryers I have ever seen, and they're also pretty clean, considering how many people use them. Thank you Valentina in the front office for always being so welcoming, and for being extremely helpful in the application and move-in process! You are an asset to the community.

The worst experience has been living in lloyd apartments, from the poor condition of the apartments, insect infestations, problems in the parking areas, not to mention that the administration is THE WORST that includes lloyd apartments. If you are looking for a place where they cut off your public services out of nowhere, where the stairs have live or dead insects, in addition to your apartments with pests, where you can hear the life of your neighbors through the walls, oh well that you have to see where you park your vehicle since there is no order regarding parking and you must see where you leave your vehicle exposing it to theft, welcome. Also NEVER refer someone because it can take up to 6 MONTHS to give you the money they offer. Don't make that mistake, don't make them earn money on your account. What's more, don't live here. The administration is the worst, they ignore you, they delegate problems among themselves, they never respond, it can take months In short never live here
